Ad Provider For Adult Website

    I'm trying to find good ad provider (under good I mean one that pays well) for my rather specific website. Currently I'm using Plugrush, but I'm only getting about 0.1$ or less per 1000 views. Is that OK or should I search for another ad provider. Also, I've been thinking about popunders but I'm not sure about how much they affect traffic. Site is adultstoriesonline.net [!ADULT CONTENT!]

    Juicy Ads I already have, they are paying around 0.1$ / 1000 pageviews, I was wondering if it was possible to get to 0.2 or 0.3 since my traffic is 60% US and 15% Germany
