    if it is a new site charge less amount until your site gets familiar. (around $100 - $200 per month is ok).

    A good way is to let the customer decide themselves and you decide whether that's a fair price based on your traffic, niche and ranking.

    Your traffic will be a determining factor for price. You should check out buysellads.com to compare what other people are selling for. The size of the banner also effects price.
