Put your ads in better position, more near the content and on top, try size 300x250, works good.

Here's my tip: I heard that crap blogs and sites don't earn much these days, specially blogspot blogs

 

This template is not good, template make your blog like a spammy blog. change your template and then put adsense on it.

 

actually your adsense position is good. but before using adsense please get some information. do this type of sites accept adsense? celebrity talk related websites mostly don't have adsense.
