ad placement within categories on forums

    Hello am looking for an opinion if this is allowed or not. You can see the attachment or see the site here: FunEnclave

    I have put the ads in between the category on the forumhome. While i have added spacing and they are not made to look like actual forums, i was wondering if this is allowed or not?
    My idea was that since the forums were stretching quite a way down, to add ad units in between, although i don't wanna break the TOS so i hope its legal.

    And on showthread pages, after the first post content is over, ads. I guess these are ok?

    any feedback would be appreciated :)

    well just confirming. there were posts that google doesn't like disguised ads esp on forums and i wanted to make sure it does not fall under that category :)
