Hi blichev, I went to the URL you suggested but it looks like I have already visited this page. It shows ad placement before or after the post content but not exactly within the post body as I have illustrated in my first post.
That increases the clicks definetly.. but irritates the readers.. definetly not recommended if you want revisit traffic.

Well thanks Anilg, but the problem persists, it adds the ad either at the top or at the bottom of the post but not exactly within the body of the post. I just tried to add the adsense script in the post itself but it does not show in the actual post. Aren't there any way out?
Yes you can place this kind of placement in self hosted wordpress blogs by editing the code inside wordpress template
