Ad Placement. What can I do with this?

    There's really nothing else I can think of doing with this...maybe move the ads to the left or right of the Youtube embed? Change it to image only? Text only? I'm out of ideas. It's getting tons of impressions, and has a lot of potential to make money...I just need to somehow get some clicks on them.

    Anyways what would you suggest?
