    Okay :) what i recommend;

    - Remove advertise on this site (account setup)
    - for the skyscraper, remove borders and change bg and border to the columns bg color, make url color the red you use.
    - change the 250*250 to grey link color, and red url
    - ad a link unit in the blue box you have below the header
