Ad Placement Review & Suggestion

I just revamped my whole website's ad placement, but I'm not sure if these 2 placements are allowed or just borderline against TOS. Do you guys have any ideas or suggestions regarding these two? Thanks in advance!

Google ad placement and blending well done but may I add that the green on headings and text too bright against white background (maybe it's my screen setting). Placement of google search to move up? Well. overall - tidy!

 

Thanks, ancer. That is my concern too at first, I'll definitely will experiment with a less distracting colour in the future. What do you think of the rotating ad colors on the right side?

 

They are alright I suppose... Good enough to attract a reader. Good job.
