Ad Placement Review Please

    I have switched the ads and images around a little bit since the last thread and hope I have improved.

    Please guide me with suggestions and pointers. Thanks :)

    Change the green link at the top to orange

    Get rid of the title bar that says "Check Out Other Related Links and Resources." This is not allowed by Google.

    Ok I changed some of that and will change the green later.
    But anyone have any ideas on the placement and where I can move it around?

    UPDATE:// Adsense Ads Removed, Adsense disabled my account, just checked that one ip clicked my ads about 30 times since yesterday and today constantly. Senting reinstatment email.
