What's your current CTR?

I would suggest changing the ad title to the default blue.

See if that will improve your CTR.

 

Try floating the ad embeddd in the articles so they are more in the readers eye. Your sidebar is very business so this might be distracting users and making them more aware of the ads.

 

ctr is 0.4

i have change dthe ad title colour to blue now
lets see if the ctr gets increase or not

 

I saw that just now. Change the color of ad further to this code: #0000FF (the pure blue), it gives good CTR.
other placement of ads are fine. Do one more thing, remove the sidebar content (the extra widgets) - it would definitely help CTR increase.
