ad placement near images

how close is my ad bar under the image here allowed to be. I am scared to put it any closer incase its against TOS.

Yea from everything I have heard this is not a practice that the goog likes too much.

 

I would say this is against google TOS: http://soccerlens.com/arsenal-usmanov-and-some-perspective/3183/ but it has been there a long time.

 

You're drawing the attention to the ads. I would change this as quickly as possible.

 

You've got some serious placement problems on the site. I see ads overlapping ads and ads overlapping content. The former might be construed as a TOS violation in itself. I'm using Fx to view.

 

Are you talking about the soccer lens site or my site in the first post?

 

Ok, I see the overlapping in my site now. It was only in FF. That is very unusual because it worked fine in IE, OPERA and Safari. It's usually different between IE and the other 3.

Fixed now though. Can anyone see any other problems?

they are allowed, if images does not ask users to click on ads or get their attention to ads!
