Hi all, I've been having rotten earnings lately, even though traffic's been way up, and I can't figure out what's wrong. I don't have many content pages (ie: pages with tons of text and long viewing times by users), so I'm trying to make the best out of all my "utility" pages that only get viewed for like 5-10 seconds, like the "salary calculator" page here: http://www.rateyouremployer.org/salary_calculator_default.asp and the salary results page here: http://www.rateyouremployer.org/salary-calculator-result.asp?txtratingposition=Civil+engineers&lbxState=0450&x=108&y=20 does anybody have any idea how to maximize earnings from pages that are seriously only viewed for 5 seconds or less? Maybe I just figure the best earnings come from people browsing on a page for long periods of time. Is that at all accurate? any advice on ad placement for these pages would be much appreciated, thanks. Luke
I do not think you have any chances for such pages as http://www.rateyouremployer.org/salary_calculator_default.asp to get clicks, because people are still looking for what they came to your site.
