I have a website at www.free-press-release.net which is used for articles and news releases etc. I'd like your advice on the inner pages of the site http://www.free-press-release.net/releases/Debt-management-ensures-a-brighter-future-say-Gregory-Pennington.html Are there too many ads, and how about the placement of the ads? Regards Simon
Definitely too many ads. You also say "articles and news releases." If you want people to seriously submit releases, you can't be posting articles with them. If your site can't offer them basic value in distribution by appealing to the markets they're trying to reach, the site is just a crappy mfa spam-like site, and of no real value. I'd cut two of your ads there, and make sure there's some kind of editorial standard to the site (which that post doesn't reflect). Otherwise you won't get submissions (you can't just take releases from other sites posting them to your own distribution site, b/c you're then implying those companies endorse your service by using it publicly - so you need to appeal to people to get real submissions).
c'mon, I would suggest you work a little harder on the overall idea and the web site, think of a list of things that would make the site perfect or as perfect as you can possibly make. Fix it up so it looks professional. btw those many ads might get you banned from ad sense. try using less ads and blend them into the site to where they look appealing to the visitor. also, change that font, It's hard to read, just a suggestion.
