Ad Placement & Blending on my directory site

    Just wanted opinions and suggestions on my ad link and leaderboard placement and blending...

    Ads at bottom give very low CTR, place one banner above the directory listings. Ads are well blended though :)

    I think they look very nice...good ad block at the top, very nicely blended.

    Add text colour the same as the title.

    If I add text color, it will look more like ads. I'm looking to blend it, not make it stand out...
