Ad Placement - Best Places?

    I just got accepted into AdSene (YAY).
    I was wondering, what are the best areas to get clicks?

    Here's a website I found - http://www.webreference.com/dev/banners/
    It said the right scrollbar and stuff - so I might add two sidebars for that.

    Is this true? Are there any other good places?

    From my experience ad links at navigational part of your page perform quite well. You can place ad links at the header and right below the article or at the footer.

    Try to use 336x280 ad unit as well. From my experience this ad unit performs better than 160x600 and 468x60. Especially if you can make it blend with your article.
