Ad placement below header good or bad?

I was talking with a friend about ppc advertising and placement. We were discussing how putting ads close to navigation might increase clicks, and suddenly he goes "Dude just put the ads below your header!" and so I did. I put bidvertiser ads under my header. It's viewable if you visit (cubecul.com), but that's really not my point here.

Is ad placement between header and top navigation good or annoying?

 

i can't say i have ever done this, but it makes sense. on a cpa basis it wouldn't, though

 

Use above the header, doesn't get me too many clicks .. best is to put a rectangle with ppc programs
