    Hi

    adsenseaddict.com

Just wondering if i am heading in the right direction with ad placement. After days of searching w/p templates i think this is the best for my niche.

The blog is only a few days old and i would like to know your opinions before continuing.

    thanks for your time.

There have actually been research experiments on this sort of thing with computers that follow readers' eye movements. I'm sorry I can't think of the link to the data off the top of my head.

But, it definitely shows that ads are seen more when embedded in an article. Looking at this article could give you some ideas....http://www.websitemarketingplan.com/Free/FreeArticles.htm - although I think they overdo it. Notice the ads on either side of the written words....at the top. Although, the same study shows that ads at the bottom are also effective, I'd keep those.

I would, however, lose the ones on the right (the ones embedded in the menus). You don't even really notice they're there.

I'm no expert, so please take this advice with a grain of salt. Hope I could help. Good luck with your site, it's a great domain name. You'll find plenty of Adsense Addicts on these forums. You should host AA meetings.....:p

Yes, I like the new layout better, but I would still embed a square adbox within the article.

Im pretty sure you can't use adsense with that domain name. Its a breach of trademark.

Best to ask google, to be sure.

The adds look oright. I don't buy into readers looking left, like studies show. I think they look at the middle of the page.
