    Hi guys,

I have a "Tell Your Friends" link on some of my pages which when clicked on opens up a small pop-up window where users can enter the name and email of friends - the form then sends a link to my site to these email addresses.

After the emails have been sent, the text "Your email has been sent appears". Please take a look at the image below and tell me if you think the ad placement violates Adsense TOS.

    Thanks,

I would think that this is a violation of the AdSense TOS (see quote from TOS below.) I could be wrong, so the best way is to ask them if it is OK.

I seem to have overlooked that part of the TOS - it is rather explicit. I'll remove the ads.

I'm pretty sure Adsense is allowed in pop-ups, so long as the popups have content. I think what you may mean is that you aren't allowed to have Adsense ads open into a pop-up or new window.
