Ad networks that accept paypal?

    Hey guys, I'm looking for some good ad networks that will accept paypal.

    Tried adonion and adtoll after a friend suggested them, yeah, no thank you.

    No, it doesn't sound lame, but how do you send money to Paypal, so they in turn can send it to whomever?

    I know very little about this Paypal, so....
