    Hi All -

I posted a few weeks ago when I first went live on the network to see if others could share their experiences with actual traffic increases resulting from the network. In the last few weeks, I've had inital good results, but it's a s-l-o-w-l-y creeping process (due to the general timeframe of Search Engine updates).

After about 3 weeks, my total links in Yahoo (which appear faster than Google) have increased from about 100 to about 300 total. I have a network weight of 7000+ with a PR4 lead page.

So here's my question. What number of links should I ultimately expect the search engines to show for me. Yes, yes, I know there are a lot of specific factors  -- I'm looking for an order of magnitude answer. For a weight of 7000, should I expect several thousand backlinks? Or only several hundred?

My understanding of the network is that I should receive approximately the same number of links back that I put up on my website. Are you all finding that to be true after a couple of months in the network? Part of this answer is how well the links are being found by the Search Engines as they appear across the network, and not just the math behind the network.

Thanks for any input you can provide!

my weight is around 50,000 and that gives me around

    Google 179
    MSN Search 3,681
    Yahoo! 11,200
    AlltheWeb 8,500

I'm new, so I'm not sure if that is representative of what most people get... hope it helps.

with 50,000, you'll have a lot of backlinks. It will take some time, be patient.
