Just how much does PR count to the weight?

Say with all things being equal if my site at the moment was a PR1 and has 500 pages indexed from google and currently has a weight of 3000, then at next PR update if the number of pages remain unchanged (ie.500) and the PR jumps to 5 what impact would that have on weight? 5x3000= 15000?

As I understand it your weight is calculated:

pages indexed by google * Home Page PR * no of ads.

Except that there is a cap on pages indexed at 4500 and the number of ads isn't straight line such that running 1 ad gives a multiplier of 1 but running 5 ads gives a multiplier of 3.

It's not quite that simple of a formula. But a move from PR1 to PR5 would be a good weight increase.

My homepage is PR5 but several sub-pages are PR6. Does it take into account the whole sites PR or just the HP?
