Can we use the Ad Network on blogs?

I'm sure I saw a coment by someone that they are using it on a blog.

I thought it was just for Forums, or site-wide on HTML sites.

I've looked through the FAQ, and it mentions blogs, but it seems as though it is intended for blogs which are hosted on your own site, whilst my blog is hosted at Blogger.com

Is it possible to use the Ad Network on Blogger blogs, or can I only use it if I host the blog on my own site where I have access to the .htaccess file, and can place a txt file and php file?

No, it does not work for Blogger blogs that you don't publish via FTP or SFTP.

There are so many great offers on domains and webhosting, so should be able to get a domain and some webspace for a few dollars a month. It is always a good idea to own your own domain.
