Ad network first impressions: Ash.tv

I've been searching for a long time for an ad network with good CPM and without those crappy malware/adult ads as I have experienced from previous networks (especially those starting with Propeller and ending with Ads). Then I found this Britain-based startup, which claimed high CPM and high-quality video ads. I tried the largest video ad format (600x400 I think), and for the moment it's having over £5 ($6) CPM! As the network is very new, there are unfortunately not many advertisers yet, but the ads are absolutely malware-free, and suitable for schools. This is more of a start-up than of a traditional ad network, and they aim at providing different kind of ads (like TV ads, for example) to have higher CTR rates.

I haven't had my first payout at the moment, but for the moment this network seems truly great! I know my enthusiastic thread might seem like spamming, but, seriously, I'm just one of their first publishers, not part of the staff. As I didn't find much about them by googling, but they seem like a new, honest start-up, I'd like some people to know about the great job they are doing. I talked to their support sometimes, and luckily they are not just the latest crappy Russian network claiming to be EU-based.

Well, that definitely seems to be a legit British network (for instance, the phone number is +44, and there are a few other reasons).
About my location... well, actually I think I live several thousand kilometers west from India

 

It does not seem a scam site, at least from the design.
What are the requirements to join? They also offer pre roll video ads?
