Ad management system?

    Does anyone have suggestions for an ad management system that handles multiple domains & ad network codes, and uses country targeting (GeoIP)?

    Not exactly what I'm asking. If one is signed up for all those programs. What's the best way to maximize your revenue with an ad system?
    I've found "Oasis" and "phpAdsNew" as the best?

    Check out OpenX. It's a full featured ad management program, which includes geo targeting. However, the program is very complicated, and not for the faint of heart.
