Hello, Is there some free (GPL) script or platform for ad management that i could use, customize, upgrade and start my own ad management firm (like ppc network). It is too much of work to make brand new ad management software, so i would like to use some free script and customize it according to my needs and ideas and hopefully develop a ppc network. i know this could sound too superficial, but i have some ideas how to make ads with potentially higher ctr.
