Ad inside Flash movie

    Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

    Adsense required to be on an actual webpage to find useful keywords but is it within AdSense's TOS to have AdSense code inside a Flash movie?

    If not, is there any other similar pay-per-click or CPM system that would accept hits from within your Flash movie?

    i think it will show PSA , cause there no content in there..
