Ad group & Keyword Structure

I have alot of keywords & they are all all over the place however each keyword has it's own very relevant landing page & I do keyword insertion for the ads.
However, the keywords aren't exactly grouped based on likeness to it's full extent (as I have done with other accounts). This is an example:

    Ad Group Name: Medical
Keywords in that ad group: thyroid dysfunction, doctors, Aderall, prescription drugs, etc

    Ad Group Name: Celebrities
keywords: tom cruise, katie holmes, etc..

Will this be a problem? Is this related to the quality score?

Keywords in the adgroup should be very similar to each other, so it will be easier to write an ad for them.

    So think....

if the descriptions apply to all the keywords then you should be fine, if not then you need to bucket your keywords more efficiently.

After all you don't want to send the message of cure your dysfunction when someone looks up Tylenol. its not targeted
