    Hi Friends,

Sometimes format of ad is also most important to attract click on ad. If ad format is large then it covers more links in same format then possibility of clicking on ad is increasing. Does it true?

Then my confusion is that Which ad format of Google Adsense is most effective? Can we put 2 different ad format in single page?

Please guide me and provide me your golden valuable advice.

When it comes to Adsense, some ad formats work a lot better than others. For instance, on my blog I have got the best results by using the 336x280 block without borders and using the same link colors as the rest of my blog. With Adsense you need to blend you ads to look like content instead of ads.

I recommend you visit Google´s official "Inside Adsense" blog. You will get a lot of useful tips and information from it.Here´s the direct link: http://adsense.blogspot.com

    Hope this helps,
    Tom

300x250 are not bad because they are big and it is the most used format for images/videos ads, so the competition is higher on those blocks.
You can put several sizes on a page.
One good placement with 300x250 is two blocks side by side near top of page. And a last 300x250 at the end of the content. That should make you a nice/correct CTR.
