Ad/Fallback not displaying + causing conflict with existing "shoutbox"

I've got a banner ad set to fall back on "Your Ad Here" that is not displaying at all. There is just a big, empty space where it goes. I've also got a shoutbox installed and its causing a conflict with it for some reason. The shoutbox is not able to load shouts or allow anyone to actually insert a shout into it. I used to run G-Adsense on it without any issues being caused. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the problems?

Ok, the fallback is now displaying like it should be. Still experiencing the conflict with the shoutbox I have though.

I'll have to create you an account to login with (can't see the shoutbox unless logged in). Is it ok if I site pm the login information to you?
