I have been usng ad extensions sitelinks and the ctr has been excellent, more than double the average for each campaign. How is this ctr further analysed ie which keywords triggered the ad ext and at what price. Also is it incorporated into the ctr for the keywords in general eg if exhaust pipe has ctr of 10% when showing ad extension and imp=1000, clicks=100. Under standard report ctr=6% Has google affected this with higher CTR ad extensions impressions?
