.AD domain registration?

    Hi,

    I want to register a .ad domain but I'm not from Andorra, is there anywhere I can register this domain for:

    a) less than $85
    b) without proving a live in Andorra?

    Please advise... thank you!

    the registry seems have restrictions on regging .ad domain as per nic.ad i suggest you to stay away from such tlds because it can be risky investment.
