I am designing a new site. So I will have new layouts. My question is would the example downbelow against the rules ?

Yes, I think it probably is against the ToS. The reason I say this is because your text says "Take a look at Ephesus Tours..." and half the ads say that too - the text and ads could easily be associated. I personally wouldn't risk it. You can label the ads as 'Sponsored Links' or 'Advertisements' only.

No. I'm saying remove the words "Take a look at Ephesus Tours" because it implies that they should click on the ads. The only thing your ads can be labelled with are 'sponsored links' or 'advertisements'. The way it is now "Take a look at Ephesus Tours" is in bold and is much more obvious than the word 'sponsored'.

Yeah.. u'r right.. But The links below of the "Take a look at Ephesus Tours" are actual links within the site. Not ads.. but look like ads..
Left side is normal links, right side is adsense.
    Does this change anything ?

    like on th example
    [IMG]
    or the 4 th one..

We're getting closer. I'm glad you pointed out that those links weren't AdSense - I never noticed so that's good blending. I now think that both 3 and 4 are okay.

I think you are walking a fine line here and I would not be surprised if the next thread we see from you is titled "I got banned". Send it to Google and ask them, they are the only ones that can tell you for certain.

3 or 4 are fine. There's nothing wrong with them and you're definitely not going to get banned. Even the second one you showed is fine.

You can also make the line in the middle a bit longer to break the two sections even more, but whatever you do, it wouldn't hurt to send Adsense an email just to get it verified. I would stick with #2, send it to Google and ask them to check it out. If it is approved, stick with #2.
