Ad Disapproved Because My Content Was Scraped?

I recently tried to get back into Adwords by setting up an ad that pointed to a full product review. It got disapproved. After almost two weeks of emails they finally said because my content had been scraped by some sites that it was not unique. WTF? Couldn't convince them that my content was unique even with a CopyScape report.

I should mention that this is an account that has never been banned or had a disapproved ad since it was set up in 2007.

Has anybody had this happen to them recently and did this happen because I used a $100.00 voucher for established accounts?

My other question is how are people using Adwords? Sending only to sites without links to merchants? Sending traffic directly to merchant?

I know the people that spend $1000.00/day don't go through this, do they? How would Adwords have gotten that big if nobody could get an ad approved for some BS reason?

Have you thought about taking legal action against the people scraping your content?

I had no idea it was hard to get an ad approved. Some of the crap that comes up there too is unbelievable!
Hope you get it sorted, how frustrating for you.
