ad CTR - what shall I treat as good one

    OK, so I have keywords that have CTR of 15% and above. That is fine for me.
    However, my ads' CTR is way lower. I usually have 3-5 ads in each ad group. They get CTR of some 5-8%.
    What do you guys consider fair CTR for an ad?
