Hey I am interested in starting an ad website, something like buysellads but with a twist. I was wondering if there was any scripts available for this kind of thing or will I need to go fully custom for it? I need to be able to do text ads, and photo ads, and a combination of the two (photo with description) as well as create widgets for customers. Hope you can help! Thanks!
it would be better to build one from scratch, and you can also choose to sell locked licenses of the script! to reimburse you for the development cost!
if you want complete control over your ad network and algorithms you will have to make it custom. You may find some scripts out there but you may not like the features or may one a lot more of them. As for selling the script to others after developing it.....well you'd sell it to your competitors For a few thousand dollars you can find an offshore outsourcing company that can code you the script exactly the way you want to and offer future support and updates.
