Ad Clicks drop after first day

Has anyone noticed that you get a huge spike the first day and then you get little to no traffic after that? I thought it was due to keywords getting rejected but it appears that all of them are still approved. I have tried this over and over and consistently seem to be having the same problems across all different types of keywords.

 

Try raising your monthly budget. That's the only thing I can think of.

 

the monthly budget is set at 200 per month.. so that should not be an issue.
