Ad button publisher network?

    I there a cpm publisher network with a paypal payout and >$5 cpm for business sites in the button or small rectangle format? I also would like to put multiple ads on one page.

    Plus-$5 CPM for a small rectangle ad? Not even in my wildest dreams, I'm afraid. :) The buttons you are talking about pays poorly and every CPM ad network I know has few inventory for them. If you want that kind of rate, you'll have to sell your own ads.

    I was thinking I could get that sort of rate because techcrunch charges $10 cpm for the 125 x 125 ads but I guess that won't happen.

    I'm assuming techcrunch is a site? Then it's like I suggested; you have to sell it yourself to get that kind of rate for such little space on your site. The ad networks, even the major ones, don't have anything close.
