make sure you put 2 entries for each site:

    'www.aol.com' and 'aol.com'

If that doesn't work, I'd contact support.

You'd think it would be better to have it so that if you just put 'aol.com' it would block any ads from that domain, regardless of whether or not they are using www.aol.com, aol.com, mail.aol.com, etc.

But I assume YPN has reasons for not handling it that way.

    good luck

ad blocking takes a little bit of time to take effect. so, if its a new ad you are trying to block, give it a few... if its an old one, contact support or trying removing it, saving and then reentering it (worked for me). deone is correct though, you need to put the www in front, even if the ad doesnt show the www.

Don't block your highest paying ad by mistake...

Vonage are run-of-the-network ads. Generally it means either YPN doesn't have enough ads for your category or more likely it can't determine or doesn't have a category for your content. Personally I block them because they don't make sense for my site. You can always go to the Overture site to see how much ads like Vonage are bidding for.
