    It is not against the TOS. I have free ad backgrounds on my site, and Google explicitly said that they approve what I am doing. I think that just as long as you use non-specific backgrounds, it works out great for all parties involved.

    You have ads on your site that blend better with your design, and the visitors are not seeing the same old ads that they see on every other MFA site out there.
