Ad account says 'in verification' & also 'verification rejected' cannot contest.

    Hello, my business manager has been in review for 2 weeks ( apparently ) - but the verification status is different on different pages on the ads manager which doesn't make sense at all -

    Here is what i see in my business manager on various pages -

    Ad account menu - 'Ad accounts disabled'
    Business info menu - Business verification status 'In review'
    Security Centre - Business verification 'Business verification rejected'
    Account Quality 'Account restricted'

    So as you can see its completely contradictory - when i go to Account Quality page and request a review it says - 'This business account is currently in the process of being verified. Your account must complete this process to request a review'

    I'm at a complete loss right now, i cannot contact Facebook or find out what is actually happening,


    Separate to that process the other issue is being asked for official documents to upload the verify my business such as -

    Business Licence
    Certificate of formation or incorporation
    Tax or VAT registration

    I am a UK sole trader / self employed, i do not have to register my business publicly if that's the case, I'm not a LTD company or PTY, i don't employ anyone, so i do not have these documents requested, im a registered UK tax payer as self employed with HMRC and have been for 3 years, there are no official documents issued for someone who is self employed - only a UTR number ( Unique tax payers reference ) which i have sent over as a screen shot from the UK government website, this also shows I've been paying UK tax, i also sent my passport as proof of ID.

    Again, i don't know if this is the hold up, i don't know if my account's verification has been rejected or its still in verification, I'm just going round and round in circles, Can anyone help or advise me?

    I have hunted high and low for a chat option though various links i have been sent but some links show up differently to different people, i have been unable to find a live chat function anywhere.
