Acute Email Id's?

Has anyone got this? If so, could you guide me step by step how to use it? I've used the helpbook and the 'overview' but can only get as far as export id's. Haven't got a clue what to do with the text files or anything.

Thanks. I just haven't the foggiest clue how to use it. I've followed the helpook and allsorts. It doesn't seem to find the txt files that i create. Apart from the ones that are included under 'common names'. Can you guide me step by step on how you use it? Would be greatly appreciated!

This isn't working for me either, I have got all the stuff exported but it looks like Facebook has clocked on and is restricting accounts...
