actully which hosting i need?

    My guess would be to first find a script that does this already.. From there, most any hosting will do likely... We offer hosting at Hosting Lizard here.

    That would depend on the kind of promotions you are planning to undertake, in case you are going to promoting quite a bit and expect thousands of visitors in a months time, then it would be best to go with a VPS or Dedicated server else you can use shared hosting.

    depends of number of visitor and somethink like that :) but for sure dont start with a reseller plan, take a dedicated server! you can provide a very good community ;)

    Well I would start off with just a shared hosting plan. Once you start getting more traffic, upgrade to your own dedicated server or VPS.
