you post this type thread that time make sure put your website keyword and website URL which you want ranking so we understand easily and get good idea bcz in the world many .... type of site and .... keywords so how can we say about any specific keyword. bcz if services change after that some SEO techniques will change

If you need a single keyword then just target the single keyword in all your seo stuff...........like use the keyword for link building and directory submission in anchor text and in title.............

 

use wordtracker for keyword selection. And make quality links pointing to your web page.

 

Google has something alled "Webmaster Tools" that gives me a list of keywords people used to find my site. In the list is the percentage of click throughs (how many people using that particular keyword actually visited my site) AND where my keyword ranked. You can look up data by day or week or month.

first review your site completely... make a list of keyword.. and collect data for each keyword.... make it blog, articles etc. for web promotion.

 

Put that particular keyword in google and check the ranking.
To popular your site you need to do lot many things like link building, blog submission, social bookmarking, directory submission to get back links.
