Actual CPM rates of adbrite, Adtoll and Adengage etc.

I am trying to find out what actual CPM rates are offered by big names in advertising such as adengage, adbrite etc.
Is it more like 1 or two cents per CPM or are there any that offer higher CPM for Asian/ US traffic?

 

AdBrite gives me 0.01$ CPM :\

Adengage and Adtoll don't have CPM if I remember correctly. Adbrite CPM is not too good.

 

Adengage & Adtoll are cpc, their rates are Adengage: +- 0,04$/click, Adtoll: +- 0,025$/click
Adbrite have cpc & cpm, but don't excepect good earnings from them, only if u use full page ads, those one have rates of at least 1$ per 1000 full page ads impressions

Adbrite worked the best for me, I tried many other websites but They paid very low...
