It's a shame you don't have more info on the response and outcome of this complaint. I bet that would be an interesting read too!
there is a member on here that has a Dad with a whole site about complaints to airlines and if i remember rightly his Dad worked for the BBC as a writer for some comedy shows and he posted the letters sent and the replies from the airlines, that was some funny reading. it took a good few hours of reading, but i giggled almost every minute of them.
