Selling Actor Inc com | Actors Directory | 10 year old domain

I recently developed Actor Inc
This is a premium generic Inc com 10 year old domain. Created on 11.02.2000

It's a custom web 2.0 actors directory, running on joomla with lots of add-ons.
It can take both free and paid additions, options are completelly customizable.
Currently it contains close to 30k entries personally collected and classified for this site. You will not find the database for sale anywhere.
Besides the paid links module I have added adsense and amazon affiliate links.

The domain has a PageRank of 2, and some alexa and compete rankings.
Revenue reports are not available as of yet, because the site was rebuilt from scratch short ago.

If you are not much of a web developer, I am willing to provide support for the management of the site.
