Selling Active webmaster forum admingab.com

I am looking to sell my webmaster forum www.admingab.com which is currently running on Vbulletin suite 4.1.12.

The site has had quite a few unique articles added to it and also has a fairly active forum. The domain itself is registered with GoDaddy and the sale also includes all variations of the admingab.com domain. You will receive admingab.net, admingab.org, admingab.info and admingab.biz. This ensures that your brand is fully protected.

Admingab.com has been dipping in and out of the serps for various keywords and is currently ranking for the term 'what is web hosting?'.

I have only recently added adsense to the site just to show that it hasn't been blocked or anything so please assume no revenue on this site.

Regarding the vbulletin license, some of you may be aware that vbulletin have recently stopped people from transferring licenses to others so for this reason I am unable to transfer the license to you officially. I also don't really want to pass over the login details and give away the whole account as I have another license on that account that I am currently using. However, I am happy to leave the vbulletin suite license pointing to admingab.com for as long as you need it there. Therefore you will not need to buy a vbulletin license as you can use the one that is already registered to the site. If somebody is interested in buying the site and really wants to take over the vbulletin account with the 2 vbulletin suite licenses included then let me know and we can try and come to an agreement on price for you to take over the whole lot.

I currently have another forum and a couple of ecommerce sites that have really taken off and this is why I am selling admingab.com. I don't feel that I have got the necessary time to put in to the site anymore and it is a shame because it is a great looking site and I have had many compliments on the design and feel when I have asked for reviews of the site.




I am open to offers for the site but please be aware that this site is also advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to withdraw it from here at any time.

I dont care about postcount but you want a lot of Money. So it should be fair to talk about this point. I also have a forum and there was a time i also had this current online statistics at this lvl. But i knew where it came from.

And yes. Its still a nice Site.

Someone who's selling a site and fails to give a proper response to an observation made by a potential purchaser is obviously not serious.

 

Seems to be a lot of trolling going on in this thread. What baffles me is why people who have no intention of buying a site feel the need to comment on the thread. The previous guy didn't think 260 online users was enough. That's fine, just move on and find something that you do think is enough.

 

ok brum. to the 260 online users. this doesnt mean its not enough. it means its too much. dont think the users here are stupid. a some days old forum with 260 currently online users means to be it´s paid traffic... have fun and take the 300. u are very lucky with this

 

It's not some days old. It's 6 months old and has had a lot of promotion done to it. Feel free to keep your comments to yourself until you know what you are talking about.

Can't see how someone trying to sell a site could be this arrogant, especially when it's already overpriced.
