Selling Active torrent site with nearly 10k members and over 20k unique visits

Why are you selling this site?
I don't have time to run it anymore. I will be shutting the site down if it is not sold as hosting is paid up till 18th July 17

Domain name is paid up till 16/10/2017
Hosting is paid up to 17/07/2017
Haven't renewed the IPS forum software license but can transfer that (worth $150) to new owner and renewal is $25

How is it monetized?
There is curently just one ad but potential is there for to make money. Members have paid for premium membership so potential is there also

A couple of hours per day to keep everything up to date

Do you've uploaders? Bcuz i can see only 2 peoples posting torrents

 

Essentially just the 2 of us that were uploading to the site but everything was there and kept up to date daily. Very hard to find uploaders.

There used to more of us but as people left we never replaced them. We were quite strict on who could upload as didn't want to start getting any spam\fake crap on there. We successfully did this and have none whatsoever
