Buying Active Sports Forums. Decent budget. High $$$ or even $$$$ for the right forum.

I'm looking for established sports forums.
-More than 4 months old.
-Quite a bit of traffic and activity. Around 100+ ACTIVE users (will usually mean 3-5k members
-Ideally want traffic up around the 40-50k per month.
-Ideally want at least 3 mods on the forum who would stay.

Would also consider doing an investment and going into partnership with the right owner/forum. I want the forum as I have an existing Sports, music and gaming site, and my content would ADD to a forum. I'm not so interested in monetizing the forum much (don't want to detract from the user experience) and will put in quite a bit of time, effort and money to improve the community.
