    I am going to sell my sports forum TrueSportsLegacy. 

    www.truesportslegacy.com It has 893 members and 63,000 posts. It's still pretty active with 50-65 members online in a day. 

    Forum made me around $80-$100 dollars a month. It comes with everything you see. 

    -Wordpress Home page which has a custom design I paid for 
    -Full vBulletin forum with everything, has several custom designs I paid for 
    -Facebook Fan Page https://www.facebook.com/truesportslegacy with 183 LIKES 

    AVERAGE HITS TO HOME PAGE: 100 
    AVERAGE POSTS PER DAY: 200

    BIN would be around 650. Site makes 85-100 in adsense. Half the annual income is fair isn't it?

    the site on yr sig is pretty similar, can u show proof the earnings are coming from the one for sale?
    btw, why adsense is not showing ? it just load some adcouncil ads only, and check yr server, sometimes the forum fails to load at all

    The site in my sig has nothing to do with the site I am selling. 

    I have adcouncil ads on the site, not adsense, and the server I have sucks. I'm sure whoever purchases the site will have more reliable hosting. I have 3 dollar a month hosting that is crap. Hopefully I've addressed your concerns. Serious buyers wishing to inquire for adsense proof can do so.
